This application plugin allows the user to assign setback data to a parcel object, associating specific parcel segments as a front, rear and side in order to remember the setback values. Once this data is assigned, setback lines can be drawn automatically in one or more configured parcel. Several commands were created to manually assign or un-assign setback data to parcels, erase setback lines or draw/update setback lines.

Creating layers for Phase work using the National CAD Standards (NCS) can be tedious. This tool was created to simplify this process.

Run the command and input a phase type, the default is Demolition. Select one or more objects in the drawing. If the phase layer does not exist, it will be created based on the layer containing the object and the object will be moved to the phase layer. An option exists for removing the phase, which will move the object to the un-phased layer and, if no objects reside on the phase layer, the layer will be removed.

This application will react to the PlaceView command, which is a command used from the Sheet Set Manager when placing a model space view onto a sheet. The reactor in this application will force the viewport created through the PlaceView command to always be on the layer specified in the file. Variables are defined at the beginning of the file to make this more customizable by the user.

Adding a prefix or suffix to a large amount of text can be time consuming. This simple tool will allow a user to provide the prefix or suffix text, define either prefix or suffix, and then select any text objects. Works with MText, Text and Mleaders.
